Britt is a Fish and Wildlife Technologist who recently graduated from Fleming College in Peterborough/Nogojiwanong. Britt was lucky enough to be raised in this beautiful area of Ontario and is always looking for ways to share her love of nature. She volunteers for multiple wildlife non-profits and has found passion in creating accessible opportunities for everyone to explore the great outdoors. If not at school or work, you can find Britt playing Wingspan, entertaining their cats, or crafting to their hearts content.
About the Project
Bird Friendly Peterborough (BFP) is an organization that works to make our cities and spaces safe for birds. BFP does this through community events, workshops, educational series, and outreach. BFP is working on expanding these programs to be accessible for those of all age groups, within schools and residential facilities, and reaching rural areas that are often left behind with programming in urban populations.
