About the Project
We empower & educate youth through programs that intersect sports, mental wellness, and essential life skills. Our project is focused on reaching BIPOC youth in the sport of golf and removing the stigma of mental illness.
Our program has two parts: Golf Clinics & Mental Health Conversations.
Through a series of golf clinics tailored for BIPOC youth & interactive workshops with a Psychotherapist, youth will learn stress management techniques, mindfulness practices, & positive mental health strategies.
The game of golf is cost prohibitive. Therapy fees are also cost prohibitive. We will eliminate the financial barriers to both and support the youth in our community.
