About the Project

Working directly with the vulnerable population helping people with education and awareness of first aid within the people we work with was non-existent. People are usually too scared to call 911 due to trauma. Clients have expressed that they don't know what to do to help with basic wound care, first aid and dealing with overdoses while waiting for help or when deciding to call for help. We are looking to certify people with First Aid who are vulnerable and on the streets so everyone on the streets has access to some knowledge and resources around basic first aid.
