Elisa is a 24-year-old intersectional feminist, queer advocate, and book lover based out of Peterborough on the Nogojiwanong traditional territories. Elisa graduated from Fleming College in 2019 and is primarily an Addictions/Harm Reduction Worker, as well as being active in multiple other Non-Profits in the area. She aspires to expand her work in 2SLGBTQIA+ communities to encourage inclusion and acceptance.
About the Project
Into The Rainbow: Welcome Pack for Loved Ones will be a collection of materials and activities supplied to loved ones of those who have "came out" as 2SLGBTQIA+. These materials include definitions, FAQs, personal stories from community members, local and national resources for support, and so much more. The project is based on the belief that knowledge is power, and giving people the resources to educate themselves and ask questions will create stronger relationships and communities.
