About the Project

The project idea is to host poetry fires around the City of Toronto inviting participants from the queer community to create poetry responses and performances that are informed by our intercultural teachings related to fire. We will come together through queerness to collaborate, co-create, write poetic responses, and share around the fire, dreaming of a queer utopia one fire at at time. Participants need to show up with an open heart and curiosity!
