Jennifer Singh is an energetic woman of color living in the heart of Toronto. She works full time in recruiting and human resources and in her free time she is passionate about cycling with her friends. Cycling has become a centerpiece to her life and through it she has built friendships and lasting memories. Gyal Dem Cycling Collective's (GDCC) focus is to encourage and inspire all women to ride and explore Toronto and the GTA. Building confidence and providing education is something that GDCC focuses on and, as all their rides, the vibes come free.
About the Project
Together is better is a workshop style program that offers free maintenance and education on bikes. The conversations at these workshops will also include discussions about cycling apparel, which will be followed by a ride.
